Broadband and mobile complaints in Ireland: Q2 2026

What these figures do not show

ComReg publishes selected named-provider comparisons, not a complete list of every provider. Providers missing from these tables cannot be treated as having no complaints.

A query is a request for information or advice. A recorded complaint follows ComReg's report definition. The normal process concerns an unresolved problem already raised with the provider. Closure statistics do not establish that a complaint was upheld or that compensation was paid.

The historical reports contain changes in definitions, provider coverage and denominators. This page compares providers within April–June 2026 only; it does not claim an improvement or deterioration over time.

The tables do not predict your chance of having a problem or the result of your complaint. Rates are published rounded figures; they are not used here to estimate customer or line populations.
