TBD helps you organise a consumer complaint, write a message and find out where to turn if the problem is not resolved.

You are responsible for reviewing anything generated by TBD. For managed complaint handling, TBD may only contact a trader after you approve the exact message, recipient, sender identity, and information being shared.

TBD gives no guarantee that a trader will respond, refund, pay, settle, or that an official body will accept a complaint, chargeback, ombudsman route, regulator route, or filing.

TBD does not provide legal advice, court representation, court filing text, or Small Claims Procedure filing. If you decide to file a small claim, use Courts.ie yourself.

Neighbour noise and boundary content is information and referral only. Our consumer tools do not determine ownership, draft statutory notices or provide a neighbour-dispute handling service.

The current beta is free. No paid plans or checkout are offered. Any future paid service will have its price, scope and applicable terms shown before you agree to buy it.

A person must accept your request before we take on the work. Download your complaint details, email them to us and wait for confirmation. Saving an approval or opening an email does not submit your request. You remain responsible for deadlines while waiting. We need your approval of the exact message and information before contacting a business.
