Using TBD does not create a solicitor-client relationship. Before we contact a business, you must approve the exact message and information to share. We cannot promise a reply, refund, settlement or other result. If you decide to make a small claim, you must use Courts.ie yourself.

Do not rely on TBD for urgent, complex, high-value, personal injury, employment, criminal, or regulated disputes.

Help us understand how the site is used

With your permission, we use Google Analytics and our own Matomo analytics to count visits and actions such as using the checker. We do not send your complaint text, contact details or private case pages to these tools. Analytics is optional and the site works without it.
