A complaint can take up far more time than you expected. TBD helps you put the details together, write to the business and work out what to do if you are still unhappy with its reply.

Start by asking the business to put things right. If that does not resolve the problem, our guides explain other options, including when small claims may be suitable.

Before we contact a business, you must approve the exact message, who it goes to, whose name it is sent under and which information we can share.
